Compliance / Remediation
Turn Open Findings Into Verified Fixes
A report identifies the gap. Our remediation services help your team prioritize the work, implement technical and governance changes, validate the result, and organize evidence for the next review.
Bring us a risk assessment, penetration test, audit observation, or customer security questionnaire. We’ll define the owners, acceptance criteria, and evidence required to close each item.
Where work begins
From a Finding List to an Actionable Backlog
We work from existing evidence and confirm what the finding means in your environment. Triage considers exploitability, exposure, data sensitivity, control dependencies, and the deadline that drives the work.
Contain material risk
Prioritize exposed sensitive data, unauthorized access paths, and weaknesses with a credible route to harm. Document temporary safeguards where the permanent fix needs more time.
Change the system
Harden identity, encryption, logging, configuration, network boundaries, and application controls as the approved scope requires.
Change the process
Update policies, procedures, owner assignments, training evidence, and vendor oversight where the gap is administrative or procedural.
The backlog links the original observation to the corrective action, owner, target date, validation method, supporting artifact, and remaining risk or exception.
Delivery workflow
How Remediation Moves to Closure
Implementation responsibility depends on your systems and access model. We agree which changes your team makes and which we support directly during scoping.
Review and scope
Reconcile findings with affected assets, frameworks, dependencies, and the evidence already available.
Sequence and assign
Approve priorities, owners, acceptance criteria, and any interim controls.
Implement and document
Apply agreed fixes or guide internal teams; update procedures and collect change records.
Validate and report
Retest technical findings, review administrative evidence, and record closed, open, or accepted-risk status.
What you receive
Evidence Your Team Can Reuse
The deliverables are tailored to the agreed control scope and the records your auditor, assessor, or customer expects.
Prioritized remediation backlog
Finding references, risk rationale, owners, milestones, dependencies, and closure criteria.
Implementation record
Technical change notes and updated policy or procedure artifacts where included in scope.
Validation and status report
Retest results, configuration evidence, exceptions, and an executive view of outstanding work.
A remediation engagement supports specific controls and findings. It does not itself grant certification, an audit opinion, or a guarantee of regulatory compliance.
Framework paths
Remediation Services by Framework
We map the work to the applicable requirements and the evidence requested in your review. The exact controls depend on your environment and the assessor’s scope.

Already Know the Gaps?
If you have a current report and assigned findings, begin with remediation. If the scope, assets, or control gaps are still unclear, begin with our Risk Assessment Services. Suspected active compromise calls for incident response and forensic analysis first.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can you handle technical and policy findings together?
Yes. We scope technical fixes, documentation updates, ownership, and validation as separate work items so each finding has a clear closure path.
Will you make the changes or guide our team?
Either model can work. Direct implementation requires agreed access and change approval; otherwise we provide detailed guidance and verify the result.
Does the engagement include retesting?
We define validation for each in-scope finding. Technical items can receive targeted retesting; administrative items receive evidence review against the agreed acceptance criteria.
What should we send to get a proposal?
An existing assessment, pentest report, audit finding list, or risk register, plus the affected systems, deadlines, and your preferred division of implementation work. We can arrange an NDA before exchanging sensitive materials.
